The Foamex Mattress is a very popular orthopedic mattress brand. These memory foam mattresses come in four densities, there is the 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch. Each is available in Twin, Full, Queen, and King sizes.
Out of the four densitities the Foamex 10 inch mattress proves to be the most satisfying amongst customers. This is hardly surprising though as generally, it is not really worth getting a memory foam mattress for support purposes if it is less than 10 inches. For some people a 6 or 8 inch mattress will fit their needs perfectly, but for someone that really wishes to get a decent and lasting memory foam mattress, it is best to go with a 10 or 12 inch foam mattress.

- This mattress is produced using Natural plant-based ingredients in place of the normally used petroleum based ingredients. This means the mattress is more environmentally friendly than many of its traditional equivalents.

- 1.5 inches of Convoluted Memory Foam Comfort Layer

Review: Customers observe that there was a chemical smell that needs to be aired out, although this is a given with any memory foam mattress rather than being specific to Foamex. The level of firmness was also underestimated, which may be the case when transitioning from a spring coil mattress, especially one that has become worn out after long term usage, to memory foam, which is known for being more supportive through its firm nature. They are good value for money and comfortable to sleep on.

Reviews: Customers were highly satisfied with this mattress and considered it comparable to the premium priced Tempur-Pedic mattresses at a fraction of the price. As far as the chemical smell issue is concerned, customers found it dissapeared quite quickly.
